The Journey of our Oyster:

Our Oysters are cultivated in a natural environment of great ecological value for approx. 22 months. During the last two months before being distributed they are relocated along the coast line to complete hardening their shells. 48 to 72 hours before shipment they are placed into estuaries/ streams/marsh/ pools in the bay of Cul-du-Loup, where they acquire their sweetness and final touch of flavor.
