Free delivery for purchases over € 150 from Tuesdays to Fridays.


You may also choose to pick up your order at our company facilities by selecting “Store Pickup” in the delivery options of your shopping cart. If you select this option, please remember to call (+34) 622 175 775 to arrange a pick-up time.


For purchases under € 150, the shipping price is as follows:


Province of Málaga, Spain

up to 4 kg: 6,50 €

between 4 to 9 kg: 8,50 €

from 9 kg or more: shipping price increases by 1 € per kilogramm



up to 4 kg: 8,50 €

between 4 to 9 kg: 13,50 €

from 9 kg or more: shipping price increases 1 €/ kg


Shipments within 24h from payment confirmation. Orders must be placed until 1:00 p.m.


Orders that we receive between Monday and Friday, before 1:00 p.m. are dispatched to be delivered the next day before 2:00 p.m.


Orders that we receive from Monday to Friday after 1:00 p.m., on weekends or on holidays, will be processed as orders the next business day.


If you wish to place an order with a later delivery date, you must indicate this in the “Order notes” section that appears in the payment process, indicating the day you would like to receive the order. Keep in mind that deliveries can be made from Tuesday to Friday, excluding holidays or when the day before is.


Escobedo’s MARISCOS VIVOS undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the Client in the order form. You must make sure that there is someone at home during the entire order delivery time.

Shipments will be made through a courier company within a maximum period of 12 to 24 hours from order confirmation. If a delay in delivery occurs for logistical reasons or force majeure, MARISCOS VIVOS or the courier company will inform our Customer as soon as we become aware.


Each delivery is considered completed from the moment in which the transport company makes the product available to the Customer, which is materialized through the control system used by the transport company.


In the case of delays in the delivery of orders attributable to MARISCOS VIVOS, the Customer may cancel their order in accordance with the procedure described in “return”. Delays in delivery will not be considered those cases in which the order has been made available to the Customer by the transport company within the agreed period and could not be delivered for reasons attributable to the Customer.


Once the order leaves our warehouses, an e-mail will be sent to notify you that your order has been accepted and has been shipped.


For security reasons, MARISCOS VIVOS will not send any order to PO boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and their address.




MARISCOS VIVOS undertakes to contract as part of the courier delivery service, the performance of a series of follow-up actions, aimed at guaranteeing that the delivery occurs.


If the reason, why the delivery could not be made, is the loss of the package, our carrier will initiate an investigation. In these cases, the response time of our carriers usually takes between one and three weeks.




The Customer must check the good condition of the package with the carrier that delivers the requested product and indicate any anomaly that may be detected in the packaging on the delivery note. If, subsequently, once the product has been reviewed, the Client detects any incident such as blow, breakage, indications of having been opened or any damage caused to it by shipping, the Client must notify MARISCOS VIVOS via email within the shortest possible period of time and within 12 hours after delivery. After the 12 hour period expires, incidents of this type cannot not be dealt with.




You can request the cancellation of the order as long as it has not been processed. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it anymore due to the perishable nature of our products .


Due to the very nature of the products offered through the Store and in accordance with the provisions of article 102 TRLGDCU and 103, Clients will not have the right to withdraw from the purchase made.
